You will use future tense verb conjugations whenever you want to talk about something that will be true or will happen. For example, the English phrase &#8220;I will love baseball&#8221; includes the future tense form of the verb &#8220;to love&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Conjugation of Regular Verbs<\/h2>\n<p>To form the future-tense conjugations, the infinitive ending <strong>-arh<\/strong> is replaced by one of the endings listed below. The future tense conjugations are identical to the present-tense conjugations except that instead of replacing the <strong>-arh<\/strong> ending, they are added to the end of the <strong>-arh<\/strong>. The Talossan verb <em>amarh <\/em>(=&nbsp;to love) is used for the examples.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>am<b><u>arh\u00e9u<\/u><\/b><\/em> (I will love) <\/li>\n<li><em>am<b><u>arh\u00e1s<\/u><\/b><\/em> (you will love)<\/li>\n<li><em>am<b><u>arha<\/u><\/b><\/em> (he\/she\/it will love) <\/li>\n<li><em>am<b><u>arhent<\/u><\/b><\/em> (we\/they will love) <\/li>\n<li><em>am<b><u>arhetz<\/u><\/b><\/em> (y&#8217;all will love) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These simple word-ending changes apply to all Talossan verbs except those that are listed below, which have irregular future-tense conjugations.<\/p>\n<h2>Irregular Future Tense Verbs<\/h2>\n<p>Six Talossan verbs have irregular future-tense conjugations. Those verbs are listed below and these exceptions simply need to be memorised:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>estarh <\/em>(=&nbsp;to be) has the irregular forms <em>ser\u00e9u <\/em>(=&nbsp;I will be), <em>ser\u00e1s <\/em>(=&nbsp;you will be), <em>ser\u00e0<\/em> (=&nbsp;he\/she\/it will be), <em>serent <\/em>(=&nbsp;we\/they will be), and <em>seretz <\/em>(=&nbsp;y&#8217;all will be) <\/li>\n<li><em>irh <\/em>(the verb of motion; = to come\/go) has the irregular forms <em>isch\u00e9u <\/em>(=&nbsp;I will come\/go), <em>isch\u00e1s <\/em>(=&nbsp;you will come\/go), <em>isch\u00e0 <\/em>(=&nbsp;he\/she\/it will come\/go), <em>ischent <\/em>(=&nbsp;we\/they will come\/go), and <em>ischetz <\/em>(=&nbsp;y&#8217;all will come\/go) <\/li>\n<li><em>s&auml;parh <\/em>(=&nbsp;to know) has the irregular forms <em>s\u00e4per\u00e9u <\/em>(=&nbsp;I will know), <em>s\u00e4per\u00e1s <\/em>(=&nbsp;you will know), <em>s\u00e4per\u00e0 <\/em>(=&nbsp;he\/she\/it will know), <em>s\u00e4perent <\/em>(=&nbsp;we\/they will know), and <em>s\u00e4peretz <\/em>(=&nbsp;y&#8217;all will know) <\/li>\n<li><em>scr\u00eduarh <\/em>(=&nbsp;to write) conjugates as if from the infinitive <em>scrivarh<\/em>, giving <em>scrivarh\u00e9u<\/em> (=&nbsp;I will write), <em>scrivarh\u00e1s <\/em>(=&nbsp;you will write), <em>scrivarha<\/em> (=&nbsp;he\/she\/it will write), <em>scrivarhent <\/em>(=&nbsp;we\/they will write), and <em>scrivarhetz <\/em>(=&nbsp;y&#8217;all will write) <\/li>\n<li><em>tirh <\/em>(=&nbsp;to have) has the irregular forms <em>tisch\u00e9u<\/em> (=&nbsp;I will have), <em>tisch\u00e1s <\/em>(=&nbsp;you will have), <em>tisch\u00e0 <\/em>(=&nbsp;he\/she\/it will have), <em>tischent<\/em> (=&nbsp;we\/they will have), and <em>tischetz<\/em> (=&nbsp;y&#8217;all will have) <\/li>\n<li><em>vi\u00e9narh<\/em> (the manitive and retrospective aspect auxiliary) conjugates as if from the infinitive <em>venarh<\/em>, giving <em>venarh\u00e9u <\/em>(=&nbsp;I will be about to\/will have just), <em>venarh\u00e1s <\/em>(=&nbsp;you will be just about to\/will have just), <em>venarha <\/em>(=&nbsp;he\/she\/it will be just about to\/will have just), <em>venarhent <\/em>(=&nbsp;we\/they will be just about to\/will have just), and <em>venarhetz <\/em>(=&nbsp;y&#8217;all will be just about to\/will have just) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Talossan also has a <a href=\"\/?page_id=197#prospective\">prospective aspect<\/a> (akin to English &#8220;going to&#8221; or &#8220;gonna&#8221;). its use can indeed infer the same sense as a future tense construction.
